My Innovation Day Reflection

Hello everyone and today I’m going to be talking about my Innovation Day project. For my Innovation Day project we had to make a game using an electrical circuit or circuits. What I’m thinking about to do differently I think that I should plan out what I’m going to do for my game and for my presentation prior to when I start doing it, because the problem that I had was that I could not think of more things to write down, like what to do for my conclusion. what to do for my procedure, what ideas for the game. I was really excited about presenting my project to the families that were coming to see The Innovation Day and to the judges. I was really, really excited for people to play me and Maya’s game. I was really nervous about the mark because I wasn’t sure if I was going to get a good enough mark but I think I did pretty well better than I thought I would do, so I probably won’t have as much and I’m so the next time I do my Innovation project. Before we start the Innovation project, after Mister Ray told us what we’re doingI had already started planning what to do for my procedure and what steps to take, and I thought that was very helpful because it got our group ahead for that part of the presentation but some things I would not do it again was leave the conclusion till after I finish the game because add to my Fusion last minute and it wasn’t as good as the other parts of my presentation, so we did leave some marks on that. But overall I thought this project was very fun and I would totally do it again. I can’t wait till my brother does this project. Thank you for reading my reflection on my Innovation Day project.

Rocket Build Video Analysis

I did the video and I put everything in that I was expected to do but I think that I could have explained it better so here is what I would say if I had the chance to do it over and this is just the part I thot I could do better on.

I should have explained how the drag reduces lift better and that’s all I think I did wrong.

 

My next steps are that I can improve on explaining the flight of the rocket should put more information but overall, I think I did well.

 

Zoe and I’s Innovation Day

 

Zoe And I’s video  For the past three weeks in science We were researching about Solar energy. We learned a lot about it by reading from websites such as  HOW CITIES CAN REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION and  Energy Management in Parks: We’re saving resources, your money, and Earth.

Leonardo da Vinci came up with the idea of solar panels. During the day solar panels take the sun and transforme the sun into electricity/energy. And if you don’t have any sun the solar panels wont work. Solar panels conserve energy during the day when there is sun that way at night the solar panels shoot the energy out that they have been saving all day.

With solar energy, cities would be able to tap into free energy in the form of giving electricity or heating during the daytime. If you use solar panels you could put whatever you are building anywhere because it doesn’t need to be close to any electricity posts.  Solar will also reduce the amount of fossil fuel people use. In some places, energy uses more than 70%. Plants and trees lower greenhouse gas emissions in the air by using energy from the sun.

 

Our project is to make Parks more fun and more efficient. Parks now are fun but they are still not fun enofe a lot  of kids like using electronics so we could create outdoor electronics so kids could look  forward to going outside more. It’s good to make the park more efficient because people are spending more time outside and making it more fun makes it more efficient. 

 

We were adding energy to a park to make it more fun and efficient to do this. We added a big solar panel at the top that can run all sorts of gadgets. The point of doing this is to make it more fun for playdates outdoors because of covid19 we have to stay outside more that is the point of making the park more fun and efficient. 

 

In our project we will be using Solar Panels because they are more energy efficient and cost less money in the long run because you only need to pay at the beginning. You dont need to be close to any electricity posts.
